SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY!! I bought a few tickets ...

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY!! I bought a few tickets only to be told that they'll be emailed to me 36hrs before the event. Called to ask for a refund and was told that there's no refunds at all. Tried to speak to a supervisor but no one was available! The only option they gave me was to resell. But what am I gonna resell if I don't have the tickets??!! I read a lot of reviews that the tickets won't scan or were double sold...I wish I read those reviews before
