Took my bike there to have an estimate done and to be repaired. It took a 1 1/2 months to get insurance to send the check to the shop. Then it took another month to get the parts. Then a couple of days to put everything back together. Then they call me and say " oh there's a nail in your back tire" and tell me its gonna cost me $450 to fix. I told them that I had warranty on it and they told me that there is no such thing. But the funny part is they put in a request to have the back tire fixed through warranty. I went in 4 days after the phone call about my tire because I didn't hear back from them the next day like they said and the told me they was waiting for warranty to approve it. So I left and called warranty and they told me they was waiting on the shop to send the estimate for the tire. Kind of funny about that. The guy from warranty then called shop and gave ok to fix tire. The guy at the shop told me it would only take an hour to fix after they got the ok. So here I am still waiting on my bike. I guess what i am trying to say is that the Harley Big Barn has a BIG LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH PEOPLE and it's not right. From now on I'll go somewhere else to have my bike worked on and or fixed. Done with the barn... Never ever wanna go back... there only getting 1 star if I could do less I would...
