We have just bought an HRV to replace our Jazz, which also came from Trident. Like most people of advancing years we have experienced all types of garages and sales people from the Arthur Daley school of sales techniques to the real professionals. Trident sits firmly in the latter from start to finish. Lee Waddington was our contact (check out under his desk - Happy Socks Rule OK..!!) and he really knows his stuff from start to finish. He also has the patience of a saint as we changed our mind as to what car we were having at the very last minute. A real pleasure doing business with you Trident.
