THE WORST, I mean I've dealt with some incompetenc...

THE WORST, I mean I've dealt with some incompetency in my past, but this one takes the cake.... HOW do you not have the master policy on file for your tenants.... how do you charge them for the doc if they want it sent, how do you not send to the mortgage company holding a loan..., WHAT DO YOU DO for 400 bucks a month?
