Ripped me off. I moved out of state only to receive a bill after the fact for two months that I didn t even live there. I already scheduled turn off before I moved out of the apartment but because there awesome customer service said there system said I never scheduled cutoff, I had to pay the bill for the two months after I was already gone and SOMEONE ELSE lived there. WTF?
