Keeping the hygiene rules of the staff cleanliness of the room, bird at the breakfast buffet. Dress order was demanded but often not enforced. If no tip was flown, the service was reduced to 2 classes. The room was a construction site almost every day to be repaired. The window from the Yakuzi to the outside was broken the whole 14 days so that you could have come from outside into our room. Overall the will of the management is there but still a lot of air upwards
