This is not the first time in Egypt. The hotel is very large but absolutely not green. There is no sensible map of the territory, that is, the first couple of days you have to wander at random. Not knowing and not knowing where the pools, restaurants or bars are. When settling, they give an A4 sheet with a diagram, but it is black and white and very conditional.
The sea is a huge disappointment. Dead reefs, sparse marine life. There are no pontoons for deep entry or diving at all. One small bay with a width of 20 meters and an approach range of the same 20 meters. And when 50 people come to this bay, it turns out just a crowded puddle. There is also a lagoon with supposedly tiles at the bottom. But there is insanely slippery and there are more chances to fall and twist your leg or arm than you need to. About a dozen small beaches throughout the coastal zone, but they are all with disgusting entry into the sea (small and stone with a dead reef), even in slippers, it's dangerous.
There are several pools, the water does not give off bleach and is quite clean.
Bary- well, this is a complete fiasco. Not all beer / juices are available. And when contacting or just asking to pour the juice, without any apology or customer focus. The staff can stupidly nod in the direction with the phrase - go there! There are no snacks by the pools or the sea at all. That is, if you do not go to a restaurant for lunch, you will remain hungry.
The staff at the reception and the service are great (not for the drinkers in the bars) are always smiling and happy to help with any request.
The food is very like that. Yes, you will not be hungry, but you will not eat very tasty either. The "sprinklers" in the restaurant are thrown from a spoon onto a plate (like in the army) stupidly a blunder and do not care that you are clean.
In a word, not everything is bad, but it is still very good.

Prices in a couple of shops at the hotel are 5 times higher than usual. And the assortment is about nothing.
