Today we announce that Grab's presence in Southeast Asia is further strengthened through the integration of Grab applications with Google Maps.

How will this integration work?

After entering the destination location on Google Maps, the application will offer Grab as one of the options for public transportation services in a special tab provided for vehicle booking application services, which will then show the estimated pickup time, travel time, and travel costs for GrabTaxi, GrabCar, and GrabBike. Information will make it easier for you to compare and decide whether you will walk, take public transportation, or order Grab services.

Our wide choice of transportation modes provides wider driving options to the public at different costs. In addition, GrabCar offers a fixed rate so that your travel costs are guaranteed not to change regardless of the traffic conditions that you go through.

After selecting Grab as the transportation service you want to use, the user will be directed directly to the Grab application.

Selecting one of the Grab transportation service options on Google Maps will take you directly to the Grab application where information about your trip is filled in automatically, allowing you to place an order with just one touch of a finger. If you don't have the Grab application, you will be given the option to download the application from the App Store or Google Play Store.
