If there were zero stars, i would give it to them....
If there were zero stars, i would give it to them. It took three weeks for them to register a deed.
They are incompetent, slow, and difficult to communicate with. After writing an email to senior management in head quarters, a management level person at the local office bothered to do anything.
Errors:
1. Servicelink did not file correctly (twice)
2. Servicelink did not spot their error (we happened to check weeks later)
3. we had to ride them with multiple telephone calls daily to get it done
I hope we never do business with them again.
Epilogue: After a great deal of trouble and consulting with a title specialist, everything was straightened out. The individual that handled our case was terminated and management owned up to their mistakes. they refunded the fee and agreed to reimburse our expenses. We still will not do business with them.
