Moreover it s the maintenance and cleanliness that stops me scoring Ellenborough higher... luckily neither of us have dust allergies! Staff service still great especially in the spa, just overall not to the standards we experienced 8 years ago. Food however is still great, complements to Andrew Birch and his team.
