My contractor recommended this place to replace a window that was shattered in our house. Less than two hours after my initial call, there was an employee at my house, gathering info to provide a quote. They called later that day with a price, took my credit card info over the phone to order the window, and called less than a week later to schedule the installation. The workers arrived exactly on time -- when does that happen?! -- and were courteous, amazingly fast, and cleaned up the area so well with their shop vac that there was no trace of ever having a broken window. They sent me a bill for the balance so I didn't have to scramble to pay the installers. I'm thrill with my experience and have already recommended them to others.
