I will never go here again as the service departme...

I will never go here again as the service department is greatly lacking. They did not address the problem I came in for but they charged me nearly 200 dollars for a tune up (all they did was replace spark plugs, a ten minute job that took nearly an entire day). I even did a ride along with the mechanic to replicate the problem to which he told me "just rev your engine that way you don't hear it". Thankfully I am not an idiot and took it to another dealership to which the mechanic drove my vehicle, replicated the problem on his own and I will be going in to get my TRANSMISSION fixed. I would also like to add that the print out that I was emailed from the dealership said that my total charges should have only been 122 dollars.
