Just bought a used vehicle from Sam at Baystate Ford. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and I never felt that pressured feeling like when I walked into other dealerships. They leave you with a more personalized feeling, which is one of the reasons I bought my vehicle here. The price for the vehicle I was looking for was also less than other dealerships in the area.
