Michael Peloso Review of Clydes of Columbia

The food was good, but not great. I had the grilled rockfish, which was cooked and seasoned nicely. However, the chorizo was rendered on the plate, leaving grease everywhere. My wife's burger was great, but she would have rather had the seafood linguini or the lamb chops had the server been able to tell us anything at all about either dish. Unfortunately, this server appeared ready to leave, didn't care about our experience, nor have any knowledge of the restaurant she was working in. I would have loved for a wine recommendation, but she couldn't tell me what kind of seafood was in the pasta dish, nor make any attempt to find out, so I didn't think she would even know what I was referring to. Sad that I picked this for our first wedding anniversary dinner. I'll stick with bistro aida from now on.
