It is a shame that there are only 5 stars...Renewal by Andersen should get at least 10 stars. We were extremely pleased with the entire process of our window replacement. The first vendor representative we met at The Berwick Riverfest was professional, knowledgeable yet not pushy and encouraged us to sign up to have a sales representative visit us. The Sales rep, Sal was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful with the various financing options, next came Joe for window measurement. He too was quick, efficient and accurate. Sandy the scheduler was next. She was friendly and aware of weather, not only for us but for the comfort of the installers.. excellent job. The installers Mauricio and Marcello were the best workmen we have ever encountered..they were professional, personable and true craftsmen. They were extremely careful, putting down cloth tarps at the front door and in every room so no snow or dirt would be brought in. They worked quickly and efficiently, and we were extremely impressed with their skill. Rachael did the final check, bringing us a gift of Jams/jelly as well as checking each window and explaining warranty. The entire experience was beyond 5 stars from start to finish. We would recommend Renewal by Andersen of Northeast Pa without a doubt.
