Bought tickets through the SeatGeek app that were ...

Bought tickets through the SeatGeek app that were posted by FanXchange at 11:27 AM the day of the event. I was excited because I got a great deal at close to face value, well below market value, received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged. At 1:51 PM, I received an email stating the tickets were already purchased and my order was being cancelled. I suspect FanXchange thought they could get more money elsewhere and thus cancelled my order. A phone call to SeatGeek yielded no resolution or offer of similar tickets at the same price. SeatGeek simply blamed it on a FanXchange timing issue. Going forward I'll happily pay slightly higher fees to other websites who actually stand by their listings. Very disappointing!
