The teachers are all part-time, which makes them mostly average and a bit apathetic. Some are great and some are horrible. Their technology's buggy and problematic even though they've got record attendance (hence income). And whenever there is a problem with a students files (oft-times an issue with their technology or staff communication) the onus is on the student to correct it.

Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in their most of their market as the majority of their students are required by their employers to attend. So the best advice I can give, if your teacher seems to be one of the horrible or ones, force a transfer to another and pray it works out for the best.
