These guys are so great. Monitoring service "just" works - which is what you want, no headaches. I recently had attic work done and the guys that did it must've damaged a wire. I called out Smith Thompson to troubleshoot, and Jeff came out, couldn't identify the issue right away, but promised he'd be back with more troubleshooting tools. He came back a few days later, and within 30 minutes he found the "gremlin" wire. And he didn't charge another service visit charge. Plus he was a friendly guy that I'd have into my home any time. I'll be a Smith Thomson customer for life.
