As an all-inclusive complex, it has all the amenities you may need to have a good vacation. Personally, I was in the preferred category so I could opt for better spaces, bars and beach, as well as a more comfortable room.

The staff, in restaurants, pertie, bars, were great and very respectful, especially those who attended us with great dedication (Ronnie from prefered and Samuel our Concierge).

My only criticism is regarding the male entertainers (entertainment) of the hotel, as they are quite disrespectful to women. I had a very uncomfortable situation with one of them whom I should have called attention for without reason or confidence, taking me by the waist by surprise, being in a restaurant having dinner with my partner, who clearly did not like the situation either. I think it is something that they should discuss with them so that they can "locate" themselves.
