Very bad experience and rude staff . They are not helpful at all. Infact everyone are busy on mobile especially Male staff does nothing. Only big talks and checkin counter and baggage checking are the big headache. Worst service. Was in business class . I was carrying 50kg luggage. Asked for help for noone stood up. All busy talking to each other. Or sitting on chair and looking at you. Why people travel Kolkata in business class . Better economy. Haha
