Very rude people, they do not like their jobs! They must hate what they do, they said that the company would not settle. When I called the company that had the original debt with, they said they would settle. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and hateful. They might would get more money from people wanting to settle if they would not be to rude and hateful.
