Still trying to get in touch with someone to come ...

Still trying to get in touch with someone to come assemble my grill, after already paying 89 dollars for assembly fee. Grill was received on 6/5/19, and I was told that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hrs. to schedule a date. Well this is my third time calling them back after I was told yesterday that I would be receiving a call back at 12 noon..... Guess what.... Never received that call. I am currently waiting to talk to someone, and my est. wait time 25 mins!!! This company is a complete joke!!! I can't believe that Home Depot would even associates themselves with these clowns! Looks like there is an opportunity for someone to start their own company, and compete for business with this joke of a company!
