Cheryl Coleman is the best! She helped me get the lowest interest rate, answered my questions promptly, was very responsive, was empathetic in helping me navigate the horrible mortgage process. Beyond the mortgage, she went to my closing because she knew no one else would be there to represent me. Cheryl delivered my keys to a friend so my furniture and car could be delivered to my new house as I could not be there.
