In the first place in the process of calling for appointment confirmation, the person who calls me tells me that the process was simple, take some photos of the cosmetic condition of the vehicle in order to request permission from the company and thus order the parts for an installation in a second visit.
Arrived at 10:55 AM the staff checked the conditions and first one of the staff placed his tablet on top of my vehicle right on the bonnet in an inappropriate way and without caution.

Then the advisor tells me that I have to leave the unit in Cabrera for evaluation, I indicated that it was impossible since the condition could not be repaired and I needed to request parts that as it was possible that I had to leave the unit for something that did not need repair or they didn't have the parts available either. This verifies and in effect the process was to evaluate the condition, take photos, request the pieces.

The advisor tells me that he was not the one who had to evaluate the unit but rather that a Corvette specialist who did not know what time it was arriving, told him to take into consideration that the expectation is that it would only be a short visit and when indicating if it could be extend past 6pm jokingly indicated that not because they left at 5pm.

It seems that the above situation caused some discomfort to the advisor who did not even call me, I came on foot from Plaza del Norte to the facilities and when I asked him, .. he tells me ahhh I was going to call you because the key is there, I the specialist ride the corvette wait a few minutes out there in what i let you know.
This consultant went to where we were in the waiting area and even helped one of the employees to remove a snack product that was stuck in the machine and did not even tell us anything about the unit. Again I have to go find the advisor to say there I don't know where the specialist is. but by a miracle he went straight to the service area and the keys were waiting there including the documentation. It is as if he had wanted to prolong my wait with all the bad intentions.
He gives me the key and the documentation and at no time does he tell me what the process of picking up my vehicle was, so I go out and start looking for the unit. At that moment an employee yells at me that I could not pass through the front of the workshop area and I indicated to him but I am looking for my car and nowhere does he indicate that I cannot pass ... in a disrespectful way and in a high tone of voice he indicates to me Well, I'm telling you now. I was impressed by the way that employee answered me and I had to laugh at the impression, to which this employee began to say that he had been disrespected. Even clients who were there told me that they were going to look for the manager since it was something incredible.
This employee sat in the service greet chair and began to continue answering me and trying to create a bigger situation. indicating stupid things like that he was laughing because I had laughed first among other things of little education, little seriousness and much less professionalism on the floor.
The supervisor arrived and only told us that he was going to talk to him, he only stood by his side to send text messages but nothing that showed any genuine interest in making a report since the situation was out of control in a low and high environment. disgusting professionalism.
What happened today shows how low the professionalism of some who are supposed to provide excellent service is reaching. The most unfortunate thing is to see the little knowledge in service protocols, the little desire and neglect to guide. For some it seems that customers stink even that it was difficult for the smiling and disrespectful young man to talk to me and guide me on the reason why I should not pass and show interest in orienting me on the protocol to be followed to pick up the vehicle. The situation is something disgusting that makes us think if for someone in Cabrera their clients are important.
