Absolutely terrible customer service, pathetic wai...

Absolutely terrible customer service, pathetic waiting times, and rude employees. The old gym had way more friendly staff. The reception is the first point of contact and they should be welcoming and friendly. As soon as the new gym was going to open I applied for my membership online I got an email saying everything was processed and the payment had been taken the following day I had to show proof of ID that showed I am a student in order to receive the student membership, the lady working there had taken a picture of my ID and made me refill a direct debit form which I was fine with. I was going gym regularly and randomly one day my pass would not scan I waited in the line for 20 minutes and asked the staff at the reception why isn t my card working first she goes oh I don t know then she says you haven t shown proof of age which I did. Then they made me wait for the other lady for 20 minutes but then my card instantly started to work. After a week I went to the gym today and my pass stopped working again I asked the girl at reception and she said oh well I don t have access to find out why it isn t working and she had an absolutely disgusting attitude she then scanned it and something showed up on the system she said something which I did not understand and I asked her why is that and she goes I don t know very rudely again making me look like an idiot. I work as a receptionist myself and I know the standards of how your supposed to communicate with customers. The gym shouldn t have employed staff that don t know what they are doing and have a bad attitude maybe a tip would be to give them training so that they don t get rid of customers. They then expected me to wait again as if I had all the time in the world so I gave up and left. I will not be recommending this pathetic gym to anyone.
