Visited this place because of family's invitations...

Visited this place because of family's invitations twice and found that some of the staff are not quite friendly toward those with disability and looks poor. As once my dad who has stroke is on his way getting out of the door, but the staff is not helping but instead hurriedly letting the guests who has passed the security checks to come in without caring for my dad until the guests have to help him to open the door and pass through
