At the start of this process everything was great, very willing to work with us and negotiate. However, once the car was purchased it was impossible to get ahold of them. Our license plates had not arrived and no one would call us back. I ended up having to drive over an hour to find out what was going on. At this time I learned there was an issue with the vin number being off with the insurance. They knew this but never contacted us or returned calls. Once it was dealt with we still had NO plates days away from the temporary expiring. Luckily I was able to speak to a women named Jessica who had them overnighted. After reading fb reviews this seems to be a common issue for them. Disappointed in the lack of customer service once they have your money.
