BEWARE! I have purchased or leased a half dozen vehicles from Ford / Mazda of Orange over the years. The last transaction was June 2016 (a Mazda lease). In May 2017, I received a notice from MO (Mazda of Orange) showing my credit score from my supposed April 2017 inquiry about doing business with MO. This never happened. Then another letter in June 2017 showing the same information from the credit bureaus after another supposed attempt to purchase a vehicle. This never happened either. Then another identical letter only one week later. Each letter showed my credit score getting lower and lower from these erroneous false inquiries from Mazda of Orange. After speaking directly with and emailing MO's sales manager in early June, communications from them have ceased. They will not return my calls or answer my emails. I'm now dealing with Hemborge. BEWARE!! UPDATE - Just received another letter and yes my score went down again.
