Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service
Even one star too much for them
I purchased a washing machine and a fridge and they promised to deliver it next day
For last 10 days I am trying to book a delivery and every day tilling me they will deliver next day and will call for 2 hours window
Now they are tilling me it was delivered yesterday !!!
Then they apologized then again they didn t allocate a driver !!!!
I sent 2 emails and no reply
Very poor customer service
They are very fast in sale section but after sale service and delivery is very bad
