I was staying in the nusa dua garden, and came over to courtyard for the breakfast. The staff were courteous, always greeted us at eye contact. My 1st request for coffee was forgotten, but on the 2nd, it was delivered to my table. Food option and variety was good, with selection of local and western. Live station include egg, noodle. The swimming pool is standard, no lap pool for serious swimmers, with some free floats. There is no specific baby pool in garden, so we used the 1 in courtyard. The kids got bored pretty fast. Location is quite far from most of the attractions, and the traffic jam in this city is quite bad. There is kids activity room with playstation, table tennis, and small slide with ball pool. That entertained the kids quite abit. There are cable on tv room. Overall, I recommend this resort if you are looking to relax in hotel and not intending to explore much.
