I give it a low rating why I bought a toothpaste which I had to pick up in customer services (I agree with this people unfortunately steal a lot of things) but when I went by it there was already a line of more than 7 people and only one delivering the merchandise, and the lockers system is good however there is no staff that can guide users about its use and there is chaos, employees already bring a bad face to so many people who enter and leave the store
