Great source of information about the sourrounding mountains, climbs, routes, conditions, refugios, etc. They know their stuff.

One of the most reliable places in town for information on mountain and route conditions. Make sure to have any questions ready when you arrive, as they're often quite busy.

We arrived at the venue 15 minutes before 9. We decided to wait and imagine that they would be punctual (open at 9). However a girl only showed up at 9:15 and asked us to wait while she swept the store until 9:30. In fact she would still be packing, but we decided to go inside. The service was terrible, she answered everything talking fast and with few details. Passed us incorrect information about the way of the night came back at 18:40 (closes at 19) and there were two girls. They had already turned off the computer and attended to us standing. We asked which agencies were doing the huayhuash tour and they said they didn't know any. We asked if they had the agency list and they said no. In short. The place only serves to get a map of the city. Regarding service, timeliness and quality of information the rating is 0. I imagine that the people who rated the place well were not met by these two women who were on the front on 09/16/2016.
