I had previously visited Dr. Grey and had a great visit, however the absolutely awful billing, coding and administration departments have completely turned me off from this business after my most recent visit and I urge everyone else be aware. My wife and I both went for the same annual check up and because when the doctor asked if I had any additional concerns during the check up I brought up one rash she mentioned a prescription that wasn't necessary but she'd fill just in case I wanted to use it. This act alone DOUBLED the cost of my visit. When calling to inquire about it the staff was EXTREMELY unhelpful, condescending and rude and unwilling to budge. We will NOT be returning.
