I ordered a pair of drumsticks online from Sweetwater almost a year ago. A pair of drumsticks that were about $3. Within 24 hours after the order somebody called me in an attempt to sell me more stuff, really irritating. I ordered a $3 item and I've got someone calling me trying to sell me who knows what else. I politely but firmly told them I did not wish to be contacted again and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I thought that would be the end of it. But many months later I get a voicemail from Sweetwater. Something to the effect of "oh hey just checking in, wanted you to know I'm your personal point of contact here at Sweetwater and anything you need let me know, I want to see what you're working on musically". The nerve of these people. Rude, pushy, and downright irritating sales tactics. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
