I recently used Spring IQ and actually came upon them through an online search where about 20 other lenders called me nonstop. I chose Spring IQ because they did not call me incessantly. My man contact sent 1 email and followed up with 1 phone call. The process was easier than I could have every imagined and Josh and the rest of the folks from Spring EQ were very efficient and professional.
