Absolutely the worst customer service experience o...

Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. 4 months in a row I've had to call multiple time due to over 90 minutes of wait time per call with same excuse of a new phone system. It doesn't take 4 months to update a phone system and the lady was rude and didn't speak very good english. It's very telling when the same lady has answered the phone 3 months in a row. Just horrible for a billion dollar company to have such poor customer service and so few operators.
