My husband and I stayed at this hotel and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was extremely noisy, the hallways and pool were not maintained properly after there were four different family reunion groups staying there. Two days after the large groups left, the hotel still had not been properly cleaned. There was NO WAY we would have dared to go into that pool! The 'free' breakfast that was included with the room was cold and unedible. The food had no seasoning and wasn't worth heating up in our room. :( The stay was soooo bad that the staff gave us a free night and a reduced rate. They knew the place was bad and they had no control over the large groups or even tried. The public trash cans in the hallways were overfilled with trash. The cleaning staff were out-of-it and as noisy as the large group were. We called the front desk to complain and were told security would look into it but no security ever showed up. DO NOT STAY HERE!
