What an awesome experience-AGAIN! Our family has done business before with Windy City Diamonds and Denise and the one thing that is impressive is their excellent customer service. It is very sincere. My wife purchased a ring and Denise spent time showing her a variety of different sets to ensure she was happy. More important they are not pushy. Denise truly is diamonds when it comes to customer happiness. A very nice and knowledgeable lady!
