This was my first stay at a Hyatt property. Location is ideal for DTC and it was rated as four stars, which is why I chose to try it out. I really wouldn't call this a four star hotel. Staff is friendly, however, I did have an issue with a valet (verbal, no vehicle damage), and I wasn't that impressed with their on site restaurant/bar, Root 25 taphouse & kitchen. To be honest, this will probably be my only stay at Hyatt.
