Have been living on Carruthers for a little over 2 years, there is cockroaches infesting the whole building , maintenance is a JOKE. I've been after them since I moved here for simple fixes to my apartment. When I call and call there's no response
And when I withhold my rent they just threaten to evict me. This place needs better management and maintenance workers
Disgusting way to let people live.
