Was accomodated at the service dept even without a booking as our car suddenly wouldn't start and needed a jump start from racv. Lady at reception (servicing) was lovely. Chris the complimentary bus driver was very friendly - dropped me off at home and picked me and my son at school. Brad was also very professional. Battery was replaced under warranty. Got our car the same day. Thank you Essendon Mazda!
