I'm so disappointed in my experience with Big Bob'...

I'm so disappointed in my experience with Big Bob's! We ordered flooring and were given a date for installation. Then we wanted baseboard and was told that the installation would not happen on December 2nd-4th... Then we were told that installation wouldn't be until December 22nd-23rd... Which meant that we couldn't decorate for Christmas... Why ordering base increased our installation date we don't understand. We've spent several thousand dollars which may not seem like a lot to you but is to us!!! We feel like a bigger job came to you and you've put us off... Don't think we'll be recommending Big Bobs any time soon!
