I was on their website before Christmas trying to make a purchase and was having some difficulty. I emailed them and received a very swift and very helpful response. Because of this, I was able to go directly to their warehouse, purchase what I wanted and make my nephew very happy for Christmas! Very pleased with the helpfulness and politeness of customer service and will definitely be dealing with them in the future! Also, for those of you who watch their You Tube videos, they do tours!
