Worst sales person I have experienced at any BMW dealership around the world. Lodged a complaint with BMW direct who informed me that somebody from the dealership would be in touch but this did not happen. Left two messages with the sales manager to inform him of my experience but again no contact or return call. So I guess BMW is not that keen on selling their cars. As I was interested in an i3 electric vehicle I guess I have to go and see if Tesla in interested in my business. Sad after driving BMW for more than 30 years.
