I updated my claim and it s been saying PENDING AP...

I updated my claim and it s been saying PENDING APPROVAL for about two weeks now I ve sent numerous of Fax s and mailed documents and still no answer! It seems that my claim and others aren t even being looked at?? I even mailed in letters to please have an agent call back and still no answer, THEN when you call they automatically hang up ? I seriously don t understand how they expect people to get through with no money? If I could rate this a ZERO I WOULD!
