Food is nothing to write home about. I had a feeling as soon as we were seated in the dining room. Unfortunately, it devolved into one of the worst dining experiences I ve had in a long time. After 45 minutes, everyone s food arrived cold. Curiously, one sandwich was soaked in pickle juice, yet there are no pickles on the menu and no one ordered a pickle. When we brought this to the attention of the manager she was apathetic and dismissive. Her answer, there was probably a pickle on the plate ... No kidding??! I think that s probably the worst example of customer experience I ve had in quite a while. Hospitality dies at Dobbins. Two thumbs down on this place. It s clear that there s no leadership happening at this business, not in the kitchen, not anywhere.
