Horrible customer service. Just got off the phone with my account rep Darrell Slay) and told him that this is the 2nd time in 6 months that my credit card processing was down because of problems on their end. I told him that if I couldn't have reliable service that I would have to switch, he told me, and I quote "Do whatever you want to do doesn't matter to me either way. WOW!
