Very helpful even when needed time-slot for booking changed. Super communication- text and email and bang on time. Personable and helpful engineer (took his boots off with no prompting) - great post visit email report with photos. Had a few questions and office promised to email on questions. Very pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to a good year of boiler function.
