My son had been throwing up for 8 hours. I had not been to General since the remodeling. They told me I could park in the red to get him in. They helped him in so I could park. He went straight through triage to a room in the ER. His nurse was fantastic. She was new to ZSFGHTC, but she knew her stuff. The doctor was equally compassionate and caring. Thank you, General Hospital
