I am an event planner and I used Encore to cater a clients corporate party hosted at their house. From the start Cary and Vanessa were wonderful to work with as we planned the menu for the evening and really executed the vision we had in mind for the food. The evening was amazing and everyone raved about how good the food was. The chefs did a great job with the hors d'oeuvres and mains. The wait staff and bartender were very friendly and did a great job as well. All aspects of the evening went very smoothly. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Encore Catering and can't wait to work with them again.
